A 20% commission (VAT included) on rental income for short-term rentals and 15% for mid-term rentals. Cleaning, linen and welcome products are paid by guests. Full details are on our Pricing page (in French).
It depends on your property’s status and location. A main residence is capped in nights per year; a second home can be let all year on a French “bail mobilité” lease. We recommend the most profitable option during our assessment.
In France, up to 120 nights a year. Since the law of 19 November 2024, towns can lower this cap to 90 nights, as Paris has done since 1 January 2025.
Introduced by France’s 2018 ELAN law, it is a 1 to 10-month furnished lease for people in training, studying, on an internship or on a work assignment.
